All items with pricing are in stock and we'll send by courier right away once order confirmed. However, if an item is sold out, it would be indicated as SOLD OUT or the price would be changed to RM 0.00. Should there be an issue with stock availability once you have already made a purchase order, we are prepared to assist you to rectify the matter.

1) What are the payment options?
We use Paypal as our payment option. Paypal allows you to make payments via your credit/debit card or Paypal account. If you do not have an Paypal account, you can still make payment by choosing pay by credit/debit card through the directed Paypal page.
2) Is Paypal registeration required?
No, you also can make the payment through Paypal as a guest. You will be brouhgt to Paypal's payment portal once you have checked out from our site. So, it's not necessary to sign up for a Paypal account if you don't have one.

It would be best to consult your bank for advice.
1) How to check my order status?
You will receive an email with details every time your purchase order confirmed and updated. Orders made before 12pm will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders made after 12pm will be processed and shipped on the following working day.
2) Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no, you cannot. All orders placed and paid for are final and we are not able to cancel any orders. However, if there are severe reasons for cancellations, please do contact us and we will assist you accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery
1) Any shipping charge?
Yes, for domestic shipment, shipping charge is between RM12 - 30 per every shipment. We use Skynet or Poslaju as courier partner. For International shipment, please contact us for details or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) When do I pay for the shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated before checkout when you fill in your shipping state. The amount is payable upon checkout.
3) How long will it be for my order to arrive?
The estimated shipping time would take approximately 3-4 working days. An additional business day is usually required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.
4) Shipping on Weekend?
No, we're sorry, we are only able to ship your items to you on weekdays during office hours 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
5) Can I change my shipping address once order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you are not allowed to change the shipping address. Please do indicate your shipping address accurately to avoid any inconvenience.

No, we are selling personal safety products, so to maintaince the quality of products, you may not return any purchased item from us.
